Quiet CPU Cooler and Case Fans for Corsair Obsidian 550D Case Suggestions

I have a Corsair Obsidian 550D case. I'm looking to replace the stock intel cpu cooler on an i5-4670K with something that will run quieter at idle and at a modest overclock. I'm also looking to replace the 3 120mm case fans with something quieter. Any suggestions from fellow 550D owners?

Good fans are scythe gentle typhoons 1150rpm 120mm
140mm fans then Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro Fan
My choice is 700rpm but take 1200rpm if need more airflow.
