I am looking to upgrade the video/graphics card and possibly the CPU. My goal is to run Diablo 3 and EVE online. Not looking to spend ton's of money or I would buy a new computer, just looking for some budget upgrades for casual gaming. Is this possible and worth it? Again Im not looking to go crazy just looking to casually play some games.

A Radeon 6670 or similar would allow you to play some games on low settings, if you motherboard supports AM3 CPUs a Phenom II x4 + a Radeon 7770 would allow you to play anything in low-high settings depending on the game and resolution.
