stuck in boot loop

I have a linux with windows xp. When i turnd it on one day it tryd to boot but it just did the same forever! So its just says IBM as normal then say BEEP BEEP! And so it trys to boot.

I writh the coment when it was stuck in bootloop and i restarted i have tryd it befor but it just started as normal but i dont now if its gona work later on...
