Core Voltage Fluctuating Error?

Okay, when I'm not loaded, my voltage is lower than my voltage at loaded.

Is that a common thing for the i7 3770k?

I feel like that's an error. But I could be wrong.

wouldn't it make more sense if the voltage rised to give the CPU extra power under load? rather than giving it more power when it's doing nothing? i have to take a look at what's going on with LLC in your BIOS.
