ram frequency problems

so i got speccy, and it tells me that my ram frequency is 666mhz, but i have two corsair vengance, each 1,600mhz. why does it say 666mhz on speccy?

What mobo/CPU and actual model # of the DRAM, you are running at 1333 (667 x2 = effective of 1333) so if Intel, go to BIOS enable XMP and select profile 1
