CPU Cooler Doesn't Fit |NEED HELP|

I am having a problem, I built a computer a while back (like 4 months ago) and i purchases a CPU cooler. I was not planning on overclocking i just wanted to keep my CPU cool when I render videos and such.

When I put my CPU cooler on it wouldn't fit because my ram was in the way. From then on I've just been using the stock CPU cooler.

Is there any way anyone could help me find some CPU coolers that are small and very good? Thanks in advance!!

Well if its only one fan on the aftermarket heatsink, why not switch it to the other side of the heatsink and flip the fan to make sure the air is leaving through the rear?
