Please rate my system if it's powerful enough to run games (skyrim enbs etc, Starcraft 2, Grand theft auto IV and V) and also video editing. Please give me your feedback as this is a first build. Thanks.

Yes this is a great build for games and video editing.
I don't see ram listed, so you might want to consider 2x8gb of ram since video editing likes ram.

Ram is G.SKILL Sniper Series F3-1600C9D-16GSR 16GB 2X8GB Kits 240PIN DDR3-1600 PC3 12800 Desktop Memory. In your opinion do you think this brand of ram is sufficient?

Yes that is great ram.
Loving your build, but looking at it a second time, you might want a better cpu cooler to overclock more.
The Hyper 212 EVO only allows for mild oc, but if you want to reach the 4.7-4.8 marks, you want a better cpu cooler.
