Hi, I have an intel core i5 3570k with a 500w psu. I was wondering what graphics card would be the best for high graphics or maxed if possible, for under 200 bucks

Radeon HD 7770ghz is a great card, I picked mine up at a local computer store for $120+tax, I can almost max anything out with the exception of shadows. Also, I've heard that the 660ti is great if you want to spend a bit more, however that goes for about 300 bucks.

The Radeon HD 7870 for sure, it's by far the best video card for <$200. If you want to spend a bit more, go with the 660 Ti or 7950.

Darthvaader is half-right. There is no doubt that the HD 7870 is the best card for under $200 but there's no way I'd pay double the price for a 7950 or an extra $100 for a 660Ti which loses to the 7870 more than it wins (according to tomshardware). The HD 7870 right now stands alone as the best GPU deal out there. I put my money where my mouth is, earlier today, I bought two of them. Best deal I've ever seen:

$140USD after rebate, a staggering price.

As I said, I bought two because that's why my motherboard can hold. I couldn't say no to that price. LOL

None of those touch the value of the Powercolor HD 7870 at us.ncix.com for $140USD or ncix.com for $140CAD (both after rebate).
