Posso montare una scheda video MSI HD 7870 (esterna) su una scheda madre Packard Bell iMedia S3850?
Con un processore i3 ddr3 potrei avere problemi?

I can't find any specification list for that Packard Bell model so unable to advise.
Basically, you just need to check that it has the correct type of expansion slot to match the card's interface.

The processor type and system RAM are really not an issue where graphics card compatibility is concerned, just check what type of PCI or PCI-E slots are available on the motherboard.
