a little help choosing a mother board for FX 8350.

I'm building a pc and have most of the parts already due to the fact that i have been slowly upgrading everything as needed. So now its time to upgrade my Pentium g6950...lol.

I chose the AMD 8350 because it suits my needs best, but im not sure what to do about a motherboard.
I have a 650ti boost and 8 gigs of DDR3 1600 RAM.

I want at least 5.1 surround sound on the motherboard and to be able to go up to 16 or 32 gig of ram in the future. and would like it to be as cheap as possible, without sacrificing too much quality. Ideally id like it to be under 100$ but i also don't want it to terrible so if i need to i can do more.

If i left out any detail that are needed let me know and i will do my best to get them for you.
