So lately I've been playing League of Legends, an mmo based on fps. My computer worked for every thing else, but games and videos just suck. My computer is a bad one, but literally I get 1-9 frames per second in League. That sucks, i cant do a single thing. And videos are laggy. So i figured out its probably because of my outdated graphics card.

I recently sold my ps3 for some money and, in total I have 150 dollars. I currently have a 256MB ATI Radeon X1550 What is the best graphics card i should get that wont get bottle necked by my pc. Or do I have to buy something else?

With a single core P4 you are handicapped right off the bat. But at 1440x900 resolution, you should get good results with an HD 7850 1GB:

But you will need a good quality 450W PSU or better. Your CPU will bottle neck it a bit, but it will perform good.

If you want to spend less, have a weak PSU, no 6/8 pins PCIe power connectors, and not see much loss from the above card (due to your CPU's bottle neck), choose this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102969

I'm betting his stock PSU won't handle even the 7850, let alone the 7870.
