Good Wattage PSU?

I was wondering what's a good wattage PSU that'll be able to run a:
4.5GHz i7 3770k (OC)
Z77A-GD65 GAMING
Kraken X60
6970 ATI Radeon
8 Case Fans
5 Channel Fan Controller
NZXT Hue RGB Color Changer

And can anyone find me a good white colored NZXT brand or corsair that's fully/semi modular? Thank you!

I think you answered your own question!

The only thing I would suggest is that I dont think you need all 700 watts. You could probably get away with going with a 650 or even a 600 watt power supply if it's any cheaper. Otherwise the one you picked out looks great.
