FPS Drops, CPU Spikes, Audio Buzzing

About 1 week ago, I've been having FPS Drops, CPU Spikes, Audio Buzzing, Screen and mouse freezing, etc. My computer is only 1 year old, no problems until 1 week ago. I have tried virus scans, rootkit scans, (which all got nothing). Today, I restored my system to factory defaults and wiped my [C] Drive completely. When I tested it today, still have the same issues. I don't know what to do.

I use MalwareBytes Anti-Malware PRO as my anti-virus as well as CCleaner.
