What brand is your PSU?
If it is a good brand like corsair antec seasonic or xfx the 450W will be enough.

Take a look at this list:http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

and see if you can find it.

Don't worry about your CPU , it's good. It can turbo to 3.3 GHz which is not bad , but depends on the games you play. The 6 M cache is quite common for i5 everything is fine. Although it's a old CPU , it should work out fine

If its not a good brand, upgrading to a "not good brand 550" wont solve anything, if that is the case. Buy a decent one 500W from a good brand.
50 60$ should get you a tier 1/2 PSU.

CWT Is Channel well company, its listed as a tier3 wich is good.
From what reviews i can find it seems to be a good company, with good products.
450W is just about enough for the card (i think).

Either way you can just hold on for a couple of more replys.
