Will my Core 2 Duo E4300 bottleneck GTX 650?

I've got my E4300 1.86GHz overclocked at 2.66GHz and my GTX650 overclocked at +150 base clock +200 mem clock. Will the cpu bottleneck the card? I get 100% cpu usage while playing games.

With 100% CPU usage, the CPU probably is having trouble keeping up with the gfx card. And if you multiplayer game, the CPU has to work even harder. If so, try the same game in single player and see if it is still at 100%. What resolution is your monitor?
