is malawarebytes better then adw cleaner and spy no more ?

jut experienced malware bytes . org which was the only that released the bug of my computer ? now came across theses other two with great reviews as well ,are they not as good ? or at least good complement ?

Those would probably be a complement to MB, though they appear to be more niche products going after spyware and adware which doesn't cover all the malware out there that MB goes after
