Hi , there i have overclocked my 2500k to 4.7 but i want to make it throttle down to lower clock speeds when just idling and browsing and go up when i game i have speedstep enabled but it seems that only the voltage fluctuates but i want it to throttle down the 4.7 aswell for more power saving thanks in advance.

There's a few ways of doing this, depending on your mobo and BIOS there's sometimes a setting in there to adjust lowest and highest processor state. There's also an option in your power settings when in windows. And finally you can get a third party software for this called ThrottleStop. Giv it a go, I use it on my laptop to keep the problematic i7 from overheating.
