Please suggest the best games for this creepy specs.

And also I wanted to ask that would Gta 4 work properly on this laptop ?

It would work, wouldnt expect it to be an enjoyable experience though.

What is your GPU?
If it is an Intel Express Chipset, you are going to be very limited.

Negative on GTA IV ghost rider....

You are going to half to stick to pretty much the casual games that are out there. That being said, there are still some fun games that you could play.

I would personaly take a look at a lot of the indie games that are out there on Steam.

2 of my favorites are Terraria and FTL and they can run on very minimum specs. Most browser games should run fine also.
