Need some help picking a new card or cards

Currently I have 2 GTX 550 TIs running in SLI and I'm looking to upgrade to a better setup. I currently have 3 monitors (Nvidia Surround) but only use one while gaming, I like to use the full three for Minecraft and for browsing the web/other non-gaming activities. I was wondering what kind of Nvidia graphics card or cards I should go for, under 400$ (even better would be under $350), that can run 3 monitors (general life use) but only use one for gaming?
