pc doesn't recognize ram

So i have following trouble:i bought new ddr3 ram for my pc but it just doesnt run with new ones cant even enter BIOS or change anything while they are in,but old ones worked perfectly (Apacer PC3-100700H)
Motherboard is ECS H55H-M and new memory is Corsairs CMV4GX3M1A1333C9:??:

already done that several times(if resesting by batery removing is that) and nothing,almost booted up windows and then crashed.May it be bcos motherboard (Supports DDR3 2400 (OC) / 2200 (OC) / 2000 (OC) /1800 (OC) /1600 (OC) / 1333 /1066 DDR3 SDRAM) doesnt let me use 2x 1333 bcos its over that DDR3 2400OC?should use 1066 maybe?

i think no,atleast bootup screens and mobos homepage version aint same,but after downloading tha tupdate tool from page and trying to update it says no updates available oO.

ok now it should have latest BIOS version that ECS homesite provided 09/13/2010 (2010/09/13 released) .Still same shit,now it booted with 1 dram,but crashed while loading windows(tried 1 ram card on both slots and same result)Should i tweak something at BIOS or try to google for better bios version????

changed those sticks for Crucial 4GB DDR3-1600 UDIMM 1.5v,1by1 they worked,booting up put crashing while loading windows oO.Maybe need some bios tweak or should i use some bios update i found googling?Maybe some help how to use amibios updater?
