2ms vs 5ms? Is it really even noticeable?

So I'm debating between these:
http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Series-E2414H-24-Inch-Monitor/dp/B00DM65EH8/ref=zg_bs_1292115011_8

I like the way the dell looks and would really like to get that one but I notice it has a 5ms response time compared to the 2ms response time of the asus. So what do you guys think? Could I safely get the dell and not notice a difference or what?

Thanks in advance.

Solution
You will not notice a difference, no. Anything below a 5ms response time is pretty much the same as instantaneous to our systems.

When you factor in the fact that the Dell has much better features, it becomes a no-brainer.

No, you won't notice any difference. if you have a 1ms and a 7ms sitting next to each other, you can ever so slightly notice a difference if you know to look for it, otherwise you'd never notice it on your own.
