Small Budget Improvement

Hello everyone, can you guys help with my PC? The system is fairly old and I'm looking for a small improvement so I can play World of Warcraft on medium-high settings without fps drops. My budget is fairly small (around 100$) so I decided to try here for the best solution.

Specifications:

CPU: Intel E8400 6 MB Cache
Motherboard: Gigabyte EX38-DS5
Ram: 4 GB DDR2 800 Mhz
GPU: GeCube ATI HD3870 512 MB 256-bit

I don't play WoW, but if it's more GPU intensive i'd pick up a Radeon HD 7770 or 7750 if your PSU doesn't permit. If it's more CPU intensive...i don't know that a Core 2 Quad would be a good upgrade cost wise, but that'd be the logical step.

My cousin played wow with an E8400 up until last year. I played on a pentium d with a 3850 agp card (low settings) so I'm pretty sure the only thing holding you back is the old GPU.
