Will I be able to run Battlefield 4 at least at medium settings?

I'm running a AMD FX-8150 Overclocked to 4.2 GHz and I has a Amd Radeon hd 7850 With a core clock of 1028 Mhz and a Memory clcok of 1350 mhz ( Not factory overclocked ) and it has 2.1 Gbs of Dedicated Video ram and 12 Gb of DDR3 ram. I run BF3 at 50-65 FPS on outdoor maps and 70-90 FPS on maps like Metro at a All high settings expect for Texture which is on ultra and I run 4xMSAA and Anisotropic Filter of x16
and i do play at 1920x1080.
