1500 $ (CA) Rig !! Is it good or not ?

Hello guys, I want to build a new PC and i'd like your oppinion about this rig.
I want a gaming Rig that will cost near 1'500$ (CA) At 1080p resolution and I'd like to play : Tomb raider // BF3 // Skyrim and crysis 3 at the best graphic for 1500$ (CA) , I live in canada so it cost me more for everything.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150 Intel Z87
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz
CPU coller: CORSAIR Hydro Series H110 or NZXT Kraken X60
GPU: GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5
(I will buy another GTX 760 and make it SLI)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD250BW 2.5" 250GB SATA III
PSU: PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk III Series 850W Modular Power

which one whould i get ?
will it be good for a SLI GTX 760 ?
And which is the best CPU cooler for my rig... The H110 or the Kraken X60 ... or another one ?

The 4670k if you plan to overclock, and yes it will be perfectly fine for SLI.

I do not like closed loop coolers at all. They are loud and don't cool better than good air coolers.

Yes, it will be able to run 2 gtx760s no problem. Even just one card will easily run at high or max settings.

Thanks a lot for your help, do you know any good CPU cooling system that will help at reducing the Temp of the CPU for a reasonable price. I should have enough space for a lot of configuration with the case that i want.

I may think about OC the CPU when i'd get my hand on a another GTX 760.
I don,t really care if it is Loud or not since that i use Headphone and the pc is a bit far from me.

Last questions, Should I change my GTX 760 manufacturer... i was thinking about MSI // EVGA and Gigabyte. And should i get another motherboard or this one will be perfect for my gaming rig ?

I would get the gigabyte gtx760. It has excellent cooling.

You motherboard will work perfectly fine.
