My graphics card seems to have really high temps when running games that are even slightly more graphically intensive then the average game. On games such as Battlefield 3 and the Star Citizen tech demo, temps soar up to 90 C or higher. OCCT can't even run because it automatically shuts down as the temps get too high. I have an EVGA GTX 570 HD and my case is the Thermaltake Chaser MK-1.

As a last resort, you can try reapplying the thermal paste on the GPU.

First try running with the side panel of your computer removed and see if the situation improves. If not, remove the graphics card and use a can of compressed air to blow it out (or your mouth, but be careful not to get any saliva in it). Recheck and if it still has not improved, unfortunately, your heatsink fan has likely become partially unbonded and must be remounted with fresh thermal paste.
