Motherboard keeps rebooting itself

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to build a new PC from scratch.

My specs are:
i7-4770k CPU
ASUS Maximus VI Hero motherboard
800W PSU
2x8GB ram sticks

I've been trying to start the PC with only the above components (without a video card since the MB user guide said GPU was optional) and the motherboard keeps rebooting every few seconds.

I've tried plugging in a monitor and it just says "no signal found."

I've also tried doing this with just 1 ram stick at a time and nothing changed. It does the same thing even with neither ram sticks inserted.

I've also tried it with a GPU (GTX 780) nothing changed.

Any ideas what's going on?

do you even see the splash screen at all????

when you tried booting without any ram,did you hear the ram error beep????

nope. no splash screen. just "no signal found."

i plugged in my ear phones to see if there's any sound but sadly no. And the motherboard itself didn't make any sound either.

use the usb bios flashback option,see if that does the trick for you.

also when you tried booting without any ram,did you hear the ram error beep????

no beep, no sound, nothing.

and how do you do the USB BIOS flashback?
