well if you will be doing these then you will definitely need that CPU.

one more thing, you will have 2 GPUs, 2 Hards & OC your CPU with WC, all this load with 850w bronze PSU? i believe you will need more. i would't cut on the PSU coz it WILL suffer under this load. you will need a 1000W PSU,

check this calculated PSU wattage (by eXtreme outer vision):

Notes: (Only text visible within note field will print.)

System Type: 1 physical CPU
Motherboard: High End - Desktop
CPU Socket: Socket LGA 1150
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3500 MHz Haswell
Overclocked: 4500 MHz, 1.25 V
CPU Utilization (TDP): 100% TDP
RAM: 2 Sticks DDR3 SDRAM
Video Card 1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Video Card 2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Video Type: SLI

ATTENTION: FOR PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
IDE HDD 7200 rpm: 1 HDD
Flash SSD: 1 Drive
DVD-RW/DVD+RW Drive: 1 Drive
Fans
Regular: 4 Fans 120mm; 3 Fans 140mm;
Keyboard and mouse: Yes
System Load: 100 %

Minimum PSU Wattage: 681 Watts
Recommended Wattage: 731 Watts

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

keep in mind that 731W will be 860W (given an 85% efficiency) so you are better off with 1000w PSU.

Note "i chose 100% for both "CPU Utilization" and "system load", since you will multitask sometimes. also i chose GTX 770 coz i couldn't find the 760.

bad psu...bad hd...bad gpu choice
well get a better psu like corsair tx or hx series , or xfx, seasonic
get a better hd like seagate 1T 7200 rpm
i suggest you to use only one gpu like the gtx 780

hmm, i kinda missed on the HDD... surely a 7200 rpm can make a whole difference while video editing.

about the GPU, am not sure if editing will need relatively more memory (the 780 have 3GB, the 760 here have 4GB), if not then one 780, or one 770 now and another one later on.
