Speakers are unplugged, how to plug them in?

Logitech speakers x-540, Realtek HDMI output not plugged in, it's a nightmare I don't know how to get it to work, it's a technical and physical mess!

Help much appreciated, we think the amplifier could be broke but I don't know.

The funny thing is, when I test the speakers - you can hear it all ok - even the vocals, we can't seem to get the vocals to work.

So far, we have sound but no vocals, it's like we have lights but cant get them all on at once.

So near, yet so far!

I could probably help you, but could you post a pic of the ends of the cables that plug in to the computer and a pic of all the ports you have on your computer?

There's a button called "Matrix" next to the volume control, make sure it's turned off when watching movies.
