Need help selecting a psu

Working on a new build but I'm not really sure how much power I need.

ASUS Z87-PLUS motherboard
Intel Core i5-4670K
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost
Seagate SV35 Series ST1000VX000 1TB HDD
Plextor M5P Series PX-128M5Pro 2.5" 128GB SSD
Corsair XMS3 8GB DDR3 2x 4GB 1600MHz
DVD-E818AAT Optical Drive
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Also open to suggestions on any of the other hardware as this is my first build ever.

I've got a similar build going as yours, and with some help from others and my own research of 30+ PSUs I settled on the 650W version of this:

The 550W version is plenty of power as well, I just chose 650W in case I want to overclock my CPU later on.

Seasonic is the leader in PSUs, and this one is the cream of the crop in its price range.
