Upgrading card for next gen. 670, 7970 or anything else?

Hi,
This is my machine so far:-
i7 2600k 3.4ghz
750w PSU
8Gb RAM
250gb SSD
Radeon 7750HD

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card as it's far from upto the job for gaming. Hoping for something that will last a few years into the new gen.
I'm looking to spend £200 - £300 a push but preferably around the £250 mark.

Can anyone recommend a card that will do the job?
