How big is difference between D930 and E5200 ?

Hi !
I want to buy Intel Pentium E5200 but i dont know how big difference will be when i replace him from d930... In benchmark E5200 is much better but.... i just want play BF3, i have Radeon 7750 and 4gb ram but my D930 is too crapy... it will worth it ?? thanks

asus P2LD2... but i have small budget and i dont want invest big money to five years old PC... a will buy new pc next year but this is just a "temporary" solution...
I think about E6550 but i read one forum where guys talking about that E5200 can be much more overclocked and then will be e5200 better... but anyway in thesedays is problem find cpu on 775

or its just "bug" because (that frst one have just one sample) that guy selling "intel dual core e5200" and i dont know which one is that one
but when i seaching on net on official intel side i never found "another" e5200.. pls help maybe its stupid queston but i want be 100% about what i buy

EDIT: I didnt found any 775 cpus from e-shops (in my country) so i seaching used ones

no, i live in Slovakia (middle europe) and i guess there will be big pay for travel, maybe 10€, when i buy cpu from bazos.sk (slovak "ebay" :) ) i will pay only additional 2€ for shipping
And you mean, i should take another cpu ?

I found e8400 but for 40€ what is too much for me... but i will take probably that e5200 and overclock them a then should run everything good... many thanks for all who help me
