Hi, I'm going to buy a new sdd and I'm undecided between Samsung 840 Pro 128 gb and the Corsair Force LS 120 GB, which one would you recommend?

a nearly enterprise class drive (Pro) vs an entry level drive (LS)
Do you really have to ask which one we would pick?
Unless the LS is saving you a ton of money the Sammy is the clear winner. The LS even gets beat by an old Samsung 830. :-(

Thanks for the answer, I bought the Samsung 840 Pro but I found another problem when I installed it, my mobo Asus p7p55d-e only has marvell controllers for SATA III and since they don't reach the desired speed what other options do I have?

Personally I've found that sata2 or 3 makes very little difference form a user experience standpoint. You wont often spend time transferring large sequential files to notice you're only getting 245mb/s instead of 520. The real speed gains are from 4k random which are well below those speeds even for ssd's.

But to answer your question, a pcie sata3 card that actually can transfer at SSD speeds would be what you need.
