Best CPU for Video Coding-Non Gaming.

I am updating my motherboard, CPU, and RAM in my desktop. I am NOT a gamer. I mainly use it for web surfing, pictures and video. I Have an HD video camera and I put the videos on my desktop and put them on DVD. I want my desktop to still be considered good in a few years, so I was going for the best upgrades I can without killing my wallet. Would this be a good choice or would you recommend something else?

That'll do well for you, might want to look at the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 and a minimum of 8GB - if your into the video work, might want to consider 16GB in a 2x8GB confi, might look at the GSkill Snipers in both the 2x4GB and 2x8GB configs, great sticks with the EX4 and your CPU
