Is this a graphics bug or just 3D vision? (Picture inside)

I recently built a gaming PC. Was excited to try a few games then i saw blueish green and red outlines around objects in game. I went into nVidia control panel->set up stereoscopic 3D and tried to disable it but it was already disabled. (yes my monitor is 3D ready)
So far i've tried Path of Exile, Starcraft II, and Minecraft. It only happened in Minecraft and it looked a bit weird in Starcraft. About to try more games.

My specs are:

GTX 780 GPU
i7-4770k CPU
16gb DDR3 ram

All drivers and BIOS are up to date. Any ideas?

That appears as if you have anaglyph 3D enabled in some software. This is a different sort of 3D than Stereoscopic 3D, which is enabled in the Nvidia Control panel. That is for those using the Cyan/Red glasses.

oh my i just went into the settings and it said "anaglyph 3D: on" lol. i feel like an idiot. problem solved.

That is definitely anaglyph 3d. I would check around the minecraft and NCP settings to make sure all 3d is set to off.
