No i don't think you should, i think you cpu will bottelneck the graphics card and stop it from reaching it's full potental

The CPU would not bottleneck the graphics. But you can get a better graphics card than the GT630 personally.

The i3 is about as quick as an AMD Phenom II X4 965BE, which is a pretty quick processor.

What's your budget? Perhaps there a better GPU for the amount of money you are willing to spend.
