How does my High End gaming build look like

My old rig needs replacement so I've been trying to get a solid build which would last for 4+ years. Haven't decided on a case yet, I got 3 HDD's and 1 SDD coming from the old computer and I want it to be as quiet and cool as possible for less than $200. The motherboard has wifi, bluetooth and sli which I want. Psu should have enough power for 2x gtx780 if I want to go down that road someday ?

I live in Finland, if that affects something that you might suggest.

Here's the list of the parts I've been thinking about:

cpu: Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5 GHz LGA1150
cpu cooler: corsair cooling hydro i100
motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero
memory: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 2133 Mhz 8 GB (2 x 4GB)
storage: Samsung 840 EVO SSD 250 GB 2.5" SATA3 Basic Retail
video card: Asus GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX780 3072 MB
psu: Fractal Design Tesla R2 800W, 80 PLUS Gold

Would wait for AMD to release the R9 series as it appears their Mantle technology in GCN is going to stomp all over NVIDIA counterparts even leading to amd 7970 stomping over a NVidia titan from what I heard and the 7970 is a last gen card!!!.BF4 and most other next gen games are going to be heavily AMD optimised as their hardware is being used in the consoles so I would suggest getting one of the R9 AMD GPUs

yeah, I've been checking the new AMD cards. But the problem is, i'm now without a proper computer, as my old motherboard said her contract off. And atleast the first info's about the gpu power and price (at videocardz) say that the fastest costs about the same as 780 and the power is similar. Don't know, hard to say maybe the new API mantle could do something miraclous.

asus hd 7970 cost only ~290$

would get i5-4670k

custome watercooling kit instead of h100i

1600/1866mhz memory, because its cheaper and ssame performance

corsair Rm 750w psu

I don't want Crossfire or Sli now. I had it before and it works on some games and in some games it's utter <inserf curseword> . But the option to leave my rig ready for it, say 2 years, is what im looking for. Maybe then the <insert what not conrols how the mechanics works> have figured it out.

the answer about the memory, I read about it in anandtech. And it's about $10 difference in price, so its all the same in the total costs.

about the psu, im intrested why corsairs 750w RM-model would be better, as it costs $20 more than the fractal 850w
