Graphics card high temperature

Can 100 deegres celsius temperature running for few minutes damage my graphics card,I have msi radeon hd 7850 2 gb.

It probably wont cripple it instantly but id try to stay cooler because 100c would boil water so, think what it does to sensitive electronics, plus most GPUs are recommended to about 90c from the one ive looked at

It was my fault because i forgot to adjust fan speed from 30 % to 60 % when i was playing battlefield 3,and plus it was overclocked,so it ran for few minutes like that until it reached 100 degrees,and i got message and exited game and cooled it down.Usually when gaming it doesnt go above 65 degrees overclocked at 60% fan speed,and without overclock it is 55 degrees at 50 % fan speed.
