Gaming PC (does it work?)

My friend created this list and my question is if this is going to work and what could be better?
So here's the list:

Intel Core i5 3570 / 3.4 GHz-4 Cores (LGA1155)
Patriot Viper 3 Intel Extreme Masters Memory Limited Edition

WD Black 500 Gb WD5003AZEX
Corsair CX Series Modular CX600M
LiteOn iHAS120

Would this be able to run games like watch dogs, battlefield 4, the division and more games like that on high?

Yeh, the parts all work but I would suggest that you get rid of the 7790's and replace them with a 7950 which is around the same price range. This way you will find fewer problems on games and may perform better in some cases. It is always better to have one powerful GPU then two slower GPUs
