How do I remove the drivers? I am getting the same problem

I am having the same problem. It says no speakers or headphones are plugged in, yet they are and they work. How do I re install my drivers?

You can get the audio driver from the PC/laptop manufacturer's website. No need to uninstall the existing sound driver as the new one will overwrite it with fresh files. The new driver will also write fresh keys and values into the Registry (where the cause of your problem is most likely to be).
