Which motherboard for FX-8350

Hi,
i chose the AMD FX-8350, becouse Intel have in that price range only pieces of crap and 8350 is a big future proof. Now i need help by choosing motherboard for it. I I think 970 is enough for me, i will not OC, or if, only a little bit. Price limit is 100$, the less, the better. My selection is:

or something else? I live in EU, sorry for my bad English. And are there any advantages pairing GPU and Motherboard by same brand? ex. Gigabyte gpu + Gigabyte mobo ?? I will buy with it GTX 760 from Asus or Gigabyte.

I'd go with the Asus mobo, and prob the Asus GPU also, have used both no problems, GPU OCs well and the mobo handles things well (CPU, DRAM and GPU) also it's a good OCer
