BF3 help getting 90 to 97 degrees cant play anymore

hey all

i need some help you guys can see i have a big problem!
i dont know much about computers so i buyt a alienware aurora r4!
when i play bf3 it get to 90 degrees, some say its a dust problem, so i clean the hole case,


my hardware:
3,60 gigahertz Intel Core i7-3820
Alienware Aurora-R4 00
Board: Alienware 07JNH0 A02
Corsair Neutron SSD [Hard drive] (128,04 GB)
ST31000524AS [Hard drive] (1000,20 GB)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680
for cooling, dont know how to check

It could be that one of your CPU Cooler's legs has let go and the heatsink no longer has enough contact with the CPU. That used to happen all the time with socket 775 coolers (In fact I saw it happen today...lol) because their 4-legged cooling solution is very flimsy. Open your case and try to move the heatsink. If it rocks back and forth even a little bit, it's loose and you should check the legs to find out which one let go. The socket 2011 is very similar with its cooling solution as the socket 775.
