Hi,

I am planning to build a gaming/rendering/recording PC and I am asking to myself if my computer will not overheat, and if I need more case fans that the ones included.

You wont run into any issues if you keep everything stock. If you plan to OC, you should get the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. I would get it regardless. As for case fans, 2 or 3 more and thats all you really need.
 
All you need is a front intake, rear exhaust, and top exhaust fan. That's it.

I would change your i7 to an i5 (same gaming performance) and use the money to get a better GPU. If you are recording gameplay, you probably want to be able to play at better than medium/ med-high settings.

Also, you cannot overclock that CPU so drop the CPU cooler and get a much cheaper motherboard.
