application on my pc are unable to start

groove menitor utility has stopped working ,check online for a solution and closing the program. However mozilla firefox has also stopped working so am stack please help.

Odd, may want to uninstall Firefox and the reinstall, if running a beta, they've had a couple bad ones recently I had to uninstall and drop back a version
