some key wont work ...

I have toshiba L650 laptop and its certain keys aren't working which are ( a b n enter button) ..i cant format the laptop cos of the enter button ....
how can i check for the problem and repair it?

You don't need the enter button working to reboot, just the mouse. Click on Start Menu then Shutdown.

If a reboot does not help, then get a replacement keyboard, easy to find on ebay and amazon, probably a few other sites.
