"Display Driver amdkmdap has stopped responding and has successfully recovered" - Error 4101

I'm having this error occur while I play DayZ Chernarus, and only on Battlefield 3 after I've played a few different games before. It goes with a freeze, either while just loading a server or mid game, when an explosion or multiple things happen at once. There's a freeze, audio repeating, black screen. I am then forced to alt+tab out of my game, where it displays the programs I have open. Above Battlefield 3, it says "Direct X Error". Then after I close the game, there is a brief moment of time until another black screen occurs, then once more, then I have to restart my system, with it being unresponsive. My specs can be seen in my signature below.

I do have drivers installed.

Uninstall and reinstall, rinse and repeat as many times as necessary seems to be the only answer to this driver issue.
