Need advice for customizing a gaming pc

The money im willing to throw in is around 15-1600, Im not familiar with computer components so I wouldn't be able to build one myself. If someone around the sfc (san Francisco city) I can pay them to build one similar to this. If not, how you rate this pc current price + tax is $$1600?
