Help optimize gaming pc setup

Planing to purchase gaming pc, under 4000 NIS (1080USD).
Please help to pick best parts under the budget, you can pick other parts on that side:

Need a better mobo, that is limited to 1600 DRAM, you show getting 1866, with the K model you'll want to OC the CPU -

Switched ram sticks to 1600 mhz instead.

I came down to choice of two setups:
First with more one with better quality items and more expensive , but without ssd 4400 ₪
Second one, cheaper equipment, but with ssd 4112
Please help me decide.
Basically to narrow it down, Im not planning to overclock my pc.
I need it to play World of Tanks, mostly.
