Slow Copying Process

My Configuration : i5-3330 , 8GB RAM DDR3, 4GB Graphic Card, Gigabyte H77 Chipset Mother Board, Windows 7 Professional.. But still when it comes to copying and Moving, my computer slows down like crazy..Even usage of WinRar and HJ -Split is damn slow..

Writing/reading depends more on the HDD not CPU, RAM or the board.
