Can someone check my matx build

Hey guys its been a about month since i last posted my plans for building matx. Since then ive a done a little revising after some great advice from you guys on the forum and elsewhere. Anyway heres my current parts list:  

Silverstone FT03B mATX
CoolerMaster V6 GT
AMD FX Vishera 8320
HIS IceQ 7950
Patriot Viper 8GB (1866mHz)
WD 1TB 7200rpm OEM 
ASUS M5A78L-M USB 3.0
OCZ Fital1ty 550w (Modular)

I plan on placing the order within the month. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

BTW: I intend to overclock the 8320 from 3.5GHz to 3.9GHz without voltage change. Any tips on tht would also be helpful.

I would get a better quality PSU for sure.

I would also get a hyper 212 evo not the cooler. they will perform the same.

You won't really want to be overclocking on that board because it has poor power phases and an OLD chipset. Get the 970 version of that board.

would simply get i5-4330 and b85/h87 motherboard and stick with stock cooler.
