Depends on what computer you have. Computer builders like Dell, HP, IBM have all the drivers for all the models of computers they release right on there website. They allow you to enter your make and model then give you all the correct drivers to install with your PC.

Example of system model my work computer is Dell Optiplex 380.

There for if i needed drivers i would goto www.dell.com go to support - > drivers -> then walk through there options and pick my computer.

If this is a retail computer like a Dell, Acer,... you should have either received a restore disk or at the very least an option to create a restore disk. Some computers come with a restore partition which hopefully you didn't delete. If you did, you need to contact the manufacturer and have them send you restore media.

If you built this computer, you would need to go to the individual parts manufacturer's web site and download the necessary drivers.
